About OBFH

Leadership Team.

Executives and directors who answer to a governing board with a patient majority — accountability built into the model since 1993.

President / CEO

Leads Orange Blossom Family Health and Health Care Center for the Homeless, guiding the organization's mission of exceptional, accessible care across Central Florida. Also serves the City of Orlando as a District 6 Commissioner.

Chief Operating Officer

Jermaine Forrest

Oversees day-to-day operations across all five health centers — from patient experience and facilities to the systems that keep care connected.

Chief Dental Officer

Dr. Meghan Keskar

Leads our dental program, from preventive cleanings to dentures — including the modern digital X-ray and 3D scanning workflow at our centers.

Chief Pharmacy Officer

Jomeera Mahone-Davis, PharmD

Directs the in-house pharmacies at Downtown Orlando and Ivey Lane, keeping medications affordable and connected to each patient's care team.

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Sears

Stewards the organization's finances so that the sliding fee scale — and the promise that no one is refused care — stays sustainable year after year.

Dir. of Oral Health Services

Rosalinda Jimenez

Manages oral health operations across our centers, including the daily dental walk-in program serving patients from 7:45 AM.

Director of Development

Terri Betts

Builds the community partnerships and philanthropic support that fund care for uninsured and underinsured neighbors.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Malaika Stephanie Joseph

Provides family medicine with a focus on whole-person, culturally responsive care — in English and Haitian Creole.

Governance

Patients hold the majority.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, more than half of our governing board seats belong to people who receive care at our centers — a caring service of Health Care Center for the Homeless, 501(c)(3).
